Property is professionally managed.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Please note that due to our convenient location, you might occasionally hear light road and overhead aircraft noise.

Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      A pleasant stay in a great location. The apartment was in an ideal location, had a great view from the lounge/dining room, and was easy to find and access. lots of pubs and restaurants within an easy walk, as was Windsor Castle. It had all the facilities we needed but wasn't quite as spacious as we expected from the photos.. The bed was hard against the wall on one side so not ideal for easy access. Parking was in a public pay and display carpark and cost around UKL 25.00 per day There was no internet code in the room so we had to contact the booking people. We found that booking.com had dropped all the links to the guest manual in the messages we received which wasn't ideal, but not the host's fault. There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom so it got light very early making it hard to sleep once the sun came up around 05.00. ... Read more Close
